How safe are your taxicabs?

Taxis are always a safe way to travel. All of Yes Taxi vehicles must be licensed by the Anne Arundel County Department of Inspections and Permits. Vehicles must carry adequate insurance for commercial passenger transport, pass two mechanical inspections a year, be clean and in good cosmetic condition.

Taxicab drivers must also be licensed by the County. To get a license they must have good driving records, pass medical fitness and go through extensive criminal background check.


What if I am not happy with your service?

We hope you are happy with the service. When you are dissatisfied, call us to report the problem along with the taxicab number as soon as possible after the incident, to insure a prompt resolution.
All complaints should include:
The taxicab number (The taxicab number can be found on both sides of the vehicle and on the trunk).
The trip date and time.
A specific description of the problem.
Your name, address and a phone number where you can be contacted.


Why my taxi is not here yet?

We do our best to pick you up as fast as we can. Many vehicles including taxicabs, may be delayed during rush
hour, inclement weather, periods of high demand, or traffic incidents. Please allow additional time.


How much does it cost to travel from my place to my destination?

Click here to get fare information. The dispatchers are not equipped to calculate fares.


Can I request for pick up at a certain time?

We do take future reservations for passengers traveling to airports only. For other services, please call us right before you need a cab.


Why can't you pick me up from my place?

We do our best to service all requests for pick ups. We only can service you when there are taxicabs available at or near your location.




Can I pay in advance for a taxi ride?


We do accept pre-payment and third party payment throungh PayPal only. Please call our dispatcher with exact pick up and drop off address. We will estimate the fare and will send you an invoice through PayPal. You make payment through PayPal. A service charge of $3.00 or 10% of the fare, whichever is greater, applies.




What is your hiring policy for drivers?

All drivers work as independent contractors; they are not our employees. To join our team you must meet the requirements to get a license from the county, pass medical and background checks.
